Manipulating

Manipulating is when someone distorts the truth to get his or her way.

Have you ever participated in the following?

1. I gave you the silent treatment.
2. I overreacted so you would back down.
3. I will embarrass you to get my way.
4. I will tell you lies to confuse you.
