Sometimes it feels good to let your anger out but this will probably make your issues worse. I’ve heard a lot of people in the psychology field say things like, count to 10, take a walk, go to your room, etc. to handle your anger. I’m not suggesting these types of coping skills in my book.
My book will give you a much different perspective on anger. I’m confident that with this new perspective, you’ll be able to handle your anger in the future.
Do I sometimes get angry? Yes, so when this happens, I need to choose to use the skills that I know work. We all need to make choices. So choose wisely and you’ll turn your lemons into lemonade.
